This chalet bright, spacious and perfectly equipped is ideally located in the Chantel area. It has direct access to the slopes and is a few minutes walk from the shops of the resort center. Unoverlooked, you will feel like at home with a real invitation to relaxation. After a day on the slopes of the second largest ski area in the world, you can relax in the heated swimming pool with swimming against the current and sauna of the chalet!

Its exceptional position gives it splendid views of the massifs:
• In the North, the Mont-Blanc (4807m)

• To the west, the summit of Roignais (2995m)
• To the south, the slopes, the golf courses of Les Arcs and Bellecôte (3417m)
• To the east, the Aiguille Grive (2732m) and the top of Arc 1800

"The owner's word":
Lovers of natural spaces, mountains and skiing in particular, we discovered Les Arcs 1800 in 2014 during a family stay in the neighboring resort of Peisey-Vallandry. We immediately fell under the spell of its exceptional location in a belvedere, bathed in sunshine all day, at the ideal altitude, and its ski area offering both the most sporty slopes and inspiring walks in the forest, sheltered from the weather. We were enchanted by the exceptional views of the valley, by the preserved natural setting of the Vanoise, and by the "pioneering spirit" of Les Arcs, of which the avant-garde architecture of the 1960s is the most singular expression. We then saw an acceleration in the development of the resort, through the launch of numerous high-end real estate programs, and the realization of important investments in infrastructure by the town of Bourg St Maurice. When the opportunity arose to invest in a spacious chalet "ski-in ski-out", in the best location of Les Arcs, offering a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the ski area, we did not hesitate long. We hope that your stay at l'Arpozâ will offer you the experience you dreamed of for your mountain vacations, winter or summer. We designed it with this in mind, trying to find the subtle answer to what we dreamed for ourselves.

Entrance is on the ground floor:
• Ski-room
• A spacious living room of 74 m² facing south, decorated by the Atelier des Frères, with:
- 4 huge bay windows offering sunny panoramic views
- 3 sofas accommodating up to 12 people around a large coffee table
- A masterful fireplace with a closed hearth, working with wood
- A TV with SONOS sound system
- A contemporary dining table accommodating 14 guests in great comfort

• An equipped kitchen, with a view of Mont-Blanc :
- 1 central island - 5 high stools
- 1 large induction hob
- 1 large American fridge
- 1 additional refrigerator under counter
- 2 multi-function convection ovens, including 1 microwave and 1 steam
- 2 dishwashers
- 1 air-conditioned wine cellar
• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 180*200, TV, Apple TV, shower room, toilet, terrace access
• A separate WC

On the lower floor level -1:
• 1 large workspace: Mac PC, color laser printer
• 4 spacious and comfortable rooms, all in suites, all with a view, equipped with TV and Apple TV:
- Bedroom 2 : 2 folding beds 90*200 (on request) and a double bed 180*200, shower room and a WC
- Bedroom 3 : a double bed 180*200, shower room, WC, access to the terrace
- Bedroom 4: a double bed 180*200, shower room, WC
- Bedroom 5: (Master), a double bed 180*200, dressing room, bathroom (bathtub + shower), a 13m² balcony, WC and access to the terrace
• A separate WC

Upstairs level -2:
• 2 spacious and comfortable rooms, all en suites, all with a view, equipped with TV and Apple TV:
- Bedroom 6: 1 double bed 180*200, 2 bunk beds for adults 110*200, bathroom with bathtub, WC. Access to the terrace
- Bedroom 7: 4 comfortable bunk beds in 110*200
• A big screening room : A large 16/9 screen, 2.60m wide, a video projector and a video projector and its sound system, comfortable sofas

• A large relaxation area :
- a heated swimming pool of 2.3m x 5.5m, swimming against the current and massage nozzles
