West facing with a magnificent view on the valley in the resort of Arc 1800 in the Paradiski ski area. The two chalets of the residence "Les Alpages de Chantel 1" offer an authentic and warm setting with its wellness area and is ski-in ski-out.


Services included: linen with beds made up. Access to an area entirely dedicated to relaxation, the "Deep Nature Spa" by Algotherm (indoor heated pool, cardio training room, saunas and hammams). WIFI + outdoor parking.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

Located in the village of Chantel, a quiet area and a few minutes from the Charvet/Villards resort centre, the ESF and its shops with free inter-station shuttles and the Dahu cable car.
A few minutes walk from the Edenarc site and the magnificent Arcs golf course in summer.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
Located on the 2nd and last floor of the residence, Duplex of 60m² 3 bedrooms, perfect for 6 people, balcony-terrace with a view on the valley.

Ground floor :
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine, raclette machine, pierrade machine)
- Living room equipped with a TV 93 cm, sofa
- 1 bathroom
- 1 separate toilet

On the first floor :
- 1 master bedroom with double bed (140x190) and shower room/WC + storage
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (70x190) + storage space (Careful, slanting roof below the regulatory height)

The rental price includes: linen with beds made up, towels (1 large and 1 small per person per stay), 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes). WIFI. TV.

Towels are not included, but available for rental (to check with the agency).
