Georgeous 6 room apartment in a modern 'Lounge' decoration, close to the slopes, with a panoramic terrace, facing South West and an exceptional view on the valley and the Mont Blanc. Composed of 46 apartments, this high-standing residence is ski-in ski-out in the winter, enjoying an amazing view, and with a heated indoor swimming-pool.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located in Arcs 1800, in the village of Chantel, a quiet area and a few minutes from the resort centre, the ESF and its shops with free inter-station shuttles. The bus stop is right in front of the Residence. Le « petit marché » store and Le Voga Goga Restaurant are located on the square of Edenarc.

The connection, between le Chantel and the resort centre, is available with the Dahu cable car in 3 minutes only.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
140m² apartment for 12 persons, located on level -1 (residence entrance) and on the 2nd floor (from the residence façade) with a lift.

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (2 persons – 180cm) + shower room
- Room 2: 2 single beds (2 persons – 90cm)
- Room 3: 2 single beds (2 persons – 90cm)
- Room 4 (without window): 2 single beds + 1 set of bunk beds + shower room
- Bedroom 5: 1 double bed (2 persons – 180cm) with access to the terrace + bathroom/shower + WC
- Bathroom with washing machine
- Separate WC
- Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, toaster + bar table for 6 people
- Cosy living room with corner sofa and footstool. Large dining table.

COVERED CAR PARK. WIFI + TV.

Towels are not included, but available for rental (to check with the agency).
