THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located in the heart of the Villards district in Les Arcs 1800, close to the slopes and shops.
In winter, the ski schools and slopes are a 2-minute walk away, and in summer, Club Hero is also just 2 minutes away.
In summer, there's a bike room in the residence, mountain bike hire 2 minutes away, nearby golf, hiking, climbing, nearby aquatic area with swimming pool, paragliding, accrobranche ... and various white-water sports!

Recent 3-bedroom flat, 80m², sleeps 8, on the 5th floor from the main façade, with a lift.

- Kitchen opened onto the living room: hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- Bedroom n°1 : master bedroom with double bed, shower room, and access to the terrace

The rental price includes: linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes) and 1 PARKING SPACE in the Villards car park. TV. WIFI.
Towels are not included, but available for rental (to check with the agency).
