THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The Nova residence is one of the emblematic architectural residences of the Arcs 1800 resort. Its central location in the resort allows it to be as close as possible to Charvet and Villards without forgetting the proximity of the slopes.
In winter, the ski schools and slopes are a 2-minute walk away, and in summer, Club Hero is also just 2 minutes away.
In summer, mountain bike hire 2 minutes away, nearby golf, hiking, climbing, nearby aquatic area with swimming pool, paragliding, accrobranche ... and various white-water sports !
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
95m² apartment, exceptional property entirely renovated and refurbished by an architect from Méribel.

- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds + 1 set of bunk beds (4 beds, dormitory room)

The rental price includes: linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes). WIFI + TV.
Towels are not included, but available for rental (to check with the agency).
Parking not included, an extra charge is to be expected at the current rate for access to the resort of Arc 1800 by the Porte de Station (managed by SAGS).
No pet allowed.
