The Residence :
Located on the heights of the resort of Arc 1800, the two chalets of the residence "Les Alpages de Chantel 1" offer an authentic and warm setting.
1 ski rental shop and 1 restaurant serving Savoyard specialities in the heart of the residence.

The area :
Located in the village of Chantel, a quiet area and a few minutes from the Charvet/Villards resort centre, the ESF and its shops with free inter-station shuttles and the Dahu cable car.
A few minutes walk from the Edenarc site and the magnificent Golf des Arcs in summer.


DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT :

The flat is located on the 2nd and last floor of the residence in Duplex of 60m² with 3 bedrooms ideal for 6 people with view on the valley.

Ground floor :
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine, raclette machine, pierrade machine).
- Living room open onto a balcony equipped with a TV 93 cm, sofa (bed drawer 2 beds single).
- 1 bathroom
- 1 independent WC
- Balcony terrace facing west with superb view of the valley.

On the first floor :
- 1 master bedroom with shower room/WC + storage.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds + storage space (be careful under the slope under the regulation height)

Additional equipment: Wifi, 1 ski locker.

Uncovered parking outside the residence. Free parking.

Beds will be made up on arrival.
Please note that towels are not included, but are available for hire (see agency).

Deposit : 750€.
