PLAGNE CENTRE – Residence Plein Sud. Charming studio, recently renovated, facing South, with balcony and a view on the resort. The residence is perfectly located, 40m from the slopes and 100m from the ski lifts. You will have a direct access to the shops, restaurants, mall and ski lift passes office through the interior gallery.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located at the heart of the resort, Plagne Centre is the place where you'll find shops, activities and all kind of services. Plagne centre is the main crossroad of the resort with the ski lift to the Grand Rochette, one of the most beautiful panorama of the Alps.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

20m² studio for 4 persons, located on the 3rd floor with a lift.

- Kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave and a set of 3 ceramic hobs
- Living room with a double bed and two single beds
- Shower room with toilet.

Additional equipments:
- Ski locker
- Underground car park next to the residence.

The rental price includes: 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), charges (water, electricity, heating).

Bed linen and towels are not included.

Pets are not allowed.

Non-smoking apartment.
