THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 63m² apartment (including 15m² in sloping ceilings) is equipped for 7 people. It includes:
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom for 2 people equipped with bunk beds
- 1 small attic bedroom (height less than 1.80m) for 3 people equipped with 3 single beds
- 1 attic bedroom for 2 people equipped with 1 double bed

- A shower
- An independent toilet
On the ground floor:
- A living room with TV and all audiovisual equipment. Wifi included.
- A kitchen equipped with 4 electric hobs, combination oven, tabletop refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette/fondue maker and waffle makers.
- 1 bathroom
- 1 independent toilet

Ski locker in the residence. South-facing balcony with a view of the slopes.

Non-smoking apartment/pets not allowed.

The residence:
The trompe l'oeil extends on both sides of the Place des Commerces so it is ideally located in the centre of the resort. Access to the residence is through the underground car park, hence the interest to also reserve a parking space through us.

The aera:
Central aera of Coches, close to all amenities and shops as well as the daycare and the ESF. Many activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes.
